Jim Rutter has been involved with the Boy Scouts for more than 50 years in Columbia He joined as a Cub Scout in 1958, earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 1969 and became an adult leader in 1995, a position he holds today. Brian Sleeth currently is the Advocate for Council 1529 of the Knights of Columbus, a position he’s held since 2003. He also is a founding member of the McGivney Catholic Education Fund and has served on its Board of Directors since 2013. Brian is actively involved in fundraising and supporting Fr. Tolton High School.

“These organizations truly look out for the members of our community that need assistance,” Brian says. “I feel as though it’s my responsibility, as a member of the community and a parent, to give back and not just sit back.”
